This Privacy Policy describes how Fourtwelves LLC, a Delaware limited liability company operating sagasurunning.com and its brand Sagasu Running (together, the "Site," "we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit the Site, submit a contact form, or make a purchase.

Information We Collect

Device and Usage Information

This Site is hosted by Squarespace, which collects information about your browser, network, and device, pages you visited before arriving here, your IP address, and details of your activity on the Site (clicks, internal links, pages visited, scrolling, searches, timestamps). Squarespace uses this to operate the Site and to provide us with analytics about traffic and activity. See Squarespace's Privacy Policy for detail.

Contact Form

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide (such as your name, email address, and message) in order to respond to your inquiry. We provide this information to Squarespace, which hosts the form and helps us manage the resulting correspondence.

Store, Digital Products, and Physical Gear

The Site does not yet offer products for sale. Once the store is live, purchasing a digital product (such as a downloadable log template or guide) or a physical product (such as apparel or gear) will involve collecting the information below. This section is included now so it is ready in advance, and will be revisited once the store actually launches.

• Order Information: billing and shipping address, purchase details, email, name, and phone number, provided to Squarespace, our commerce platform, to fulfill your order.

• Payment Information: processed via Squarespace Payments, which uses Stripe (payment processing) and Sift (fraud monitoring). See Stripe's and Sift's privacy policies.

• Print-on-Demand Fulfillment: for physical apparel and gear, we use Printful, a third-party fulfillment service. Your billing and shipping address, order details (such as product size or dimensions), email, name, and phone number are shared with Printful solely to produce and ship your order. See Printful's privacy policy.

• Digital Downloads: for digital products (such as the running log spreadsheet, printable logs, or templates), we collect your email and order details to deliver and license the download to you.

• Sales Tax: calculated automatically via Squarespace's integration with Stripe, using your billing and shipping address and purchase details.

• Shipping: at checkout, this Site may auto-complete your address using the Google Places API.

Communications

Transactional communications, such as order confirmations, shipping updates, and account activity emails, cannot be unsubscribed from, since they relate directly to a transaction or account you initiated.

Where Your Data Is Processed

Fourtwelves LLC is a Delaware limited liability company. Its members currently operate from Taiwan and may work remotely from other countries while traveling. Squarespace and its listed third-party providers (Printful, Stripe, Sift) may process and store your data on servers located outside Taiwan, including in the United States. By using this Site or making a purchase, you consent to this transfer of your data.

Your Rights

Regardless of your location, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time.
