1. Who This Applies To

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of sagasurunning.com and its brand, Sagasu Running (collectively, the "Site"), operated by Fourtwelves LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). By using the Site, submitting the contact form, or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms.

2. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

All original writing, photography, and other creative content on this Site are the intellectual property of Fourtwelves LLC, protected under applicable copyright law, unless otherwise noted. You may share links to this content and quote brief excerpts with proper attribution.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or use this Site's writing or content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

3. Store, Not Yet Live

At this time, the Site does not yet offer products for sale. This section describes the terms that will apply once the store launches, covering print-on-demand (POD) apparel and gear, and digital downloads. It will be updated with specific pricing and finalized policies at that time.

3.1 Print-on-Demand (POD) Apparel and Gear

• Apparel and gear are produced via a third-party fulfillment provider (Printful). Production and shipping times will be disclosed at checkout.

• Because POD items are custom-produced per order, minor color variation from screen to print is expected and is not grounds for return.

• Damaged or lost shipments: [insert your policy, for example replacement or refund upon proof of damage, reported within a set number of days of delivery].

• International orders: the customer is responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees not collected at checkout.

3.2 Digital Products and License

Digital products are licensed, not sold outright. Purchasing a digital product grants you the following limited license:

• Personal use only. You may use the digital product for your own personal or household purposes.

• No redistribution. You may not share, forward, upload, or otherwise distribute the file to any third party.

• No resale. You may not resell or repackage the digital product, in whole or in part, in any form.

• No commercial use without a separate license. Any commercial or business use requires prior written permission.

• Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the file has been delivered or downloaded, except where required by law.

3.3 Pricing

Products will be sold as described at the time of purchase. Prices will be listed in [currency] and may change without notice. The price at the time of your purchase applies to your order.

4. Not Coaching or Medical Advice

Sagasu Running does not offer coaching, training plans, or medical advice through this Site. Content on this Site, including running related writing and digital products, is shared for informational and personal tracking purposes only. Data you enter into a digital product is self-reported, and we do not verify its accuracy. This content does not constitute professional, medical, or coaching advice specific to your situation. Always consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a running or exercise routine.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fourtwelves LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, reliance on its content, or purchase of products, beyond the value of the product or service purchased.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Fourtwelves LLC is a Delaware limited liability company whose members currently operate from Taiwan and may work remotely from other countries while traveling. Nothing in this section limits any protections you may be entitled to under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, or under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your own country of residence, where applicable.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
